The El Cajon Project
Every year we have the pleasure of working with some of the most talented chefs in some of the finest restaurants in the Bay Area. This year, the El Cajon Project has the following restaurants participating in the program. We continually add restaurants to our team, based on the needs of our student population and location. Many restaurants have worked with us for over ten years. We look forward to adding many more restaurants to our team!

Los Altos Golf & Country Club along with world famous executive chef Gary Roth offer creative menus that reflect the best of each season, using the freshest of local produce located in Los Altos, CA.
Mama Mia’s Ristorante Italiano, where great friends and great food meet, with locations in Felton, Campbell, Gilroy & Morgan Hill, CA.

Restaurant 1833 along with Executive Chef Levi Mezick, the Coastal Luxury Mangament duo of Rob Weakley and David Bernahl, and General Manager and Board Member of El Cajon Project Tobias Peach offer you a restaurant experience yet to be had in the Monterey Area. The restaurant is housed in one of the towns historic adobe buildings filled with charm and character. The menu offers a taste of casual elegance bound to leave you wanting more. Restaurant James Randall along with executive chef Ross contemporary cuisine set in the charm of a 100 year old house with interesting quirks... some of which you can't actually see, and it's not the wiring inside the walls, located in Los Gatos, CA.
